Add to Calendar Link Generator
Fill in your event once and get a ready-to-paste link for Google Calendar, Outlook, Office 365 and Yahoo, plus an .ics file that opens in Apple Calendar. Perfect for webinars, launches and appointments.
Give your event a title to generate calendar links.
How to create an Add to Calendar link
One form, five calendar destinations.
- 1
Describe the event
Enter the title, start and end, and choose the time zone the event happens in. We convert it so people in any zone see their local time.
- 2
Add location and details
Paste a Zoom, Meet or Teams link or a street address, and add an agenda or instructions in the description.
- 3
Copy the right link
Put each link behind a button in your email or landing page, or send Apple users the .ics file. Print the QR for posters.
Add-to-calendar links reduce no-shows for webinars, appointments and product launches.
Private by design
Everything runs in your browser. What you type is never uploaded or stored.
Instant & free
No signup, no watermark and no expiring links — the QR encodes your link directly.
Print-ready
Download the QR as PNG/SVG or print a styled card for tables, stickers and packaging.
Add to Calendar link FAQ
Do these links work for every calendar app?
Google, Outlook.com, Office 365 and Yahoo each have their own link format, and all four are generated here. Apple Calendar and Outlook desktop use the .ics file, which most other calendar apps also accept.
How are time zones handled?
Pick the zone the event happens in. We convert the start and end to UTC (including daylight-saving rules) so every viewer sees the correct local time in their own calendar.
Can I make an all-day or multi-day event?
Yes. Tick 'All-day event', then choose the first date and, for multi-day events, the last day.
Is the event stored anywhere?
No. Everything is encoded into the link or file in your browser. There is no event page, account or database on our side.
